need instructions to program keys to 2000 4runner with IM508 in AKL situation.

     I've watched every youtube video I could find. Went round and round with the programmer. Searched autel.com. Sat in 120 degree car on hold for tech support. Waiting in the shop now for a couple hours for tech support to call me back. 
     Any suggestions where else to look?

     More info: Closest info I've found is for a 2002 Corolla write key via dump. So I followed that to connect to the ECU board. 
    1st problem was when time to chose vehicle 4runner was not there to pick. Is there another vehicle that would work, like Rav4?

    Tacoma would be the closest platform or dealer call for your pin
