     Will the MaxiCOM MK808 scan international B4300 with D466 engine if I get adapter to round OBD?

     Sorry no, MK808 only works for passenger vehicles, not compatible with truck, need to think about MaxiSys CV, see here : https://www.auteltech.com/vehicle-coverage/coverage2
