TS508 tool will not trigger MX sensors

    This is beyond frustrating. I have installed 4 brand new MX sensors that came with the TS508 tool in a 2009 Mercedes Benz C300. I have tried resetting the TPMS system on the car and now it is stuck on "Tire Pressure Monitor Inoperative No Wheel Sensors".

    I have tried the auto relearn procedure with no luck. The OBD relearn procedure is useless if the tool doesn't trigger the 1st sensor. I've let all the air out of the tires and got the same result.

    Don't know where to go from here.

     I don't think I actually described above that when performing the OBC relearn procedure, trigger LF sensor, the tool never learns anything from the sensor. I can access sensor information using the TS508 tool though and get all the sensor info. The trigger function is what's not working.
