     Removed cluster on Mercedes’ w211 to remove eis programmed new keys car starts and runs but the cluster is dead doesn’t have any lights nothing works on it the cars a 2007 e550 I’m use if im608 pro

     Check your wire connectors or maybe when you removed it a pin broke or you just broke the cluster, check fuses.
