Hello , We have a 2012 Ford Escape . Thge battery was replaced and now there is a very harsh downshift . There is suppose to be a Flash from Ford which addresses and fixes this . I can't get my MaxiSys Elite to pull up any Update or Flash . Anyone out there know how to get that info . Do I need to go through Ford ??

If you have replaced solenoids you will need to update solenoid idn values in pcm. If
only battery changed, clear adaptive shift tables in pcm and then drive truck and trans
will smooth out in a few miles, unless you have trans dtcs persisting.
