    I cannot get XP400 to update or register with device or PC
    I get the message that a P1 connection needs to be done first
    It just keeps getting stuck in loop, and my 508 won't recognize it

    Had the same problem but managed to update via PC v2.80 , working well but still can
    not connect to im508
