My car show this messages No Engine Restarts Possible

     could someone help me what I can do or how I Can  fix this problem please I buy the MaxiPRO  MP808BT PRO
    and try to use it but I don't know how to operate it or what should I do to reset it, thanks for your help.

    Hi, you did not mention,gas or diesel? I guess its a diesel that could be the adblue
    warning for low level that will prevent you from starting, refill the adblue and do a reset

     yes it's a diesel, how would i do the reset? because the car does not turn on, i get a message saying "impossible to turn on engine"

    Hi , this message is slightly different than the first message you stated,you could try a
    deep reset by disconnecting the battery cables for a while than after connecting try to
    restart,also check the battery condition.you can also try to find a solution on you tube
    maybe.
