Hello
I'm working on Nissan pulsar N16 2001/ can't communicate the scan tool, maxisys elite. Both constant and ignition power to dlc connector is OK. Any help appreciated -

Hi, your car is to old , cars build before 2002 still have obd 2 ,you need eobd2, what you
can do is finding a ol,der scanner that reads cars from 1994 to 2001.
