    Ignition was replaced with a 2000 but the car is a 1998 Camry and now the security like is on and the car won't start up.

    Hi, you need to have a scanner that can read cars before 2001 because these cars are
    still obd and not eobd,modern scanners do not read these cars anymore,maybe a
    dealer still can help you.
