instrument cluster replacement on Audi a3 8p 2005 3.2cc

    I m trying to read immo data from instrument cluster but it displays error
    "Failed to enter programming mode"
    Any idea what is causing this error

    I'm using im508. I have done the instrument cluster replacement & key programming on many golf mk5 (2005_2009) without any issues.
    But on this Audi a3 2005 3.2 quattro, it doesn't read Immo data from cluster and displays abo e error .. Any help plz.
