Maxisys Ultra glitches when connected to Volkswagen only

     It reads the VIN, asks which engine then glitches and reloads the topology page over and over again. Anybody had this problem before?

      Thanks for reply. My old Maxisys Pro works fine its only the Ultra that has this issue and its much newer with most current updates as of last year. This problem just started happening within the last 3/4 months, I've just used others in the mean time. Nothing changed on my Ultra so not sure what happened.

    Hi, did you buy the ultra new through a official Autel dealer ? If you did yo can claim
    your warranty because I really think your device is out of order.
