    Good morning,
    Has any one had success making a key for a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. I bought two different keys, one cheap key off amazon and one key matching part and model numbers, when I get to the point to make the key, I get a error code saying the programmer cannot communicate with the key. Let me know if anyone has any info ion this.

    Each key has a specific "I'd" no. (I'd 48) and so on.this. must be correct and can only be
    checked with a transponder reader and must be new as they can lock to the first CAR
    they are programmed to.
