    Why would the Maxsys just stop during a scan? A 2019 Ram 2500 pre scan, I download the AutoAuth approval and begin the prescan. Maxsys stops and gives me a "sorry" message and boots me out. I did do the latest updates yesterday, I wonder if there is a bug the new update? We scanned a Subaru earlier and it went fine....

    Did it say Unfortunately Maxisys stopped working? Mine did that a few times today trying to do a Pre-Scan on a 2021 Dodge Charger. It starts to scan and then gives me that message. Waiting for a call back from tech support.

    Hi did you try it with the 12 +8cable esspecial for Chrysler products?
