    Will the XP400 Pro work if I don't have an Autel Handheld?  I mainly want to use it as an Eprom read/writer but  can't figure out where to download the PC Software for it.

    You have to be registered, have an open account at Autel.com, and by accessing and you can download the necessary PC software for xp400pro
