     4.6 engine, runs perfectly.

My MX 808 on diagnostics says the throttle position rate is supposed to be something like 0-100. The scanner says it's minus 725 and is red.

Any idea what it is and why?

    Thank you.

Hi, to reset the tps, turn key on ,wait for Dingdong to stop, after a few seconds push
throttle pedal slowly to the floor ,than let off quickly, and turn key off repeat this twice.

No change and every other parameter seems OK other than a P0500.

Hi, the p0500 ( vehicle speed sensor malfunction) ,check sensor and wiring. But if your
engine runs OK as you stated keep it as it is. This car still has a tps sensor mounted
on the throttle valve body.this should read about 12 % when running, it should read 0 to
100 when ignition on when pedal is pressed to the floor.( engine not running).
