good day I have a 2022 RHD Rav4 that I changed an engine ecu on but cant get it to start because of an issue with ecu security key has anyone experienced this issue before.

 I dont believe its a key issue the keys both lock and unlock the doors and the engine will turn over but there is a code b279986 which has a tech buletin to do  ecu security key write which is not referring to the ignition keys but rather a software key.

 this is not same issue as mine you have an all keys lost problem I have two keys which are working as far as locking and unlocking doors and turn engine over.....what tools are you using to program keys and what year is your rav4

 The car is built in Australia so Tis cant find vin as they only do lhd cars and toyota tech.eu is for europe cars and I live in Jamaica the option to use is unavaiable to me because in order to use the australian site one of the requirements is to live in australia
