    The 'start-stop' feature in a J11 Qashqai 1.2 dig-t is not working. There are no DTCs. When I review the live tracking data two of the related lines say 'NG'. All others are 'ok'. What does NG actually mean? And what would be the next step in diagnosing this issue? I am using MaxiPro MP808BT.

    Hi, the start stop function automatically stops when battery power is insufficient, and
    could be restored after a period of driving the car, if not check the battery ,it could
    need a special agmbattery, if a normal battery is installed the start stop function could
    be disabled without any codes. NG means not good I think.

     I have looked on Google and there are many possible reasons. I was hoping to find what this means when displayed on the Autel scanner?
