    Trying to scan a Ram 2022 1500. Scanner is connected to wifi. It asks for username and password to scan.

    Any ideas?

    Unit is up to date.

     you need to sign in to webapp.autoauth.com    to get  passed the gate way module.    above 2018  jeep dodge ram

    Hi, you can find your password under sett-up under'' about'' so just fill in usersname
    and password
