TS408S won't find sensors

I have just purchased a TS408SIt doesn't matter what I try to do with it the unit says no sensor detected?Any ideas would be appreciated.Do I return the unit for a refund and purchse a different brand? -

Hi, it is possible that the sensors are not recognised for this type of car ,that they are
unknown by brand. -

Thanks for your reply.The sensors are all original OE.I would hope that this unit would recognize them, if not it is useless. -

Hi, some new Toyota models uses unknown brands sensors other that USA car
manufactures use ,there is nothing wrong with your device. -

Hi, the 408 is a device for starters and is out of production, but it could be that yours is
defect a good device will cost at least more than 600 us dollars.(maxitpms ts608) -

I think the 408 is Crap, unable to resolve the problem with Autel support.I'll be sending back for a refund and purchase a different brand.I don't mind spending for quality products, but this is crap.I would recommend against getting an Autel product in the future.Keen to get a good brand with good support. -
