    Hello I have an issue concerning update software for Nissan note e power HE13 to unlock special features....I can't make payment via credit card as I need to update my android .... So I try to make the payment by PayPal but PayPal is still loading....please assist me with this issue of mine...

    Hi, I think the big problem is that this car only is available in Japanese market. You
