2010 Dodge 3500 VGT Calibration error

Have a 2010 Dodge Ram with 6.7L Cummins diesel.
Installed new VGT actuator and could not perform the calibration. I kept getting an error message stating no communication.
Tool is a ms906bt with current software.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi, see you tube for instruction video on calibrating the vgt on a dodge ,if your device
gives the message no communication check connector or try another device. -
