Resetting the registration number in my iPhone for a bt506

     We had to buy another BT506 due to the old one being destroyed.  Now when I try to pair the new BT506 I get a message that "the connect device does not match" and the number the phone states looks like it may be the old device.
     I did delete the app and reload it but to no avail.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi, did you remove the old information and than download the new one? See your
    manual. It does use Bluetooth.

     When I deleted the app the phone asked to delete all related data and I did.
    I deleted the old and the new bluetooth pairing in my settings.
    I restarted the phone, opened the Autel app without the BT506 on so it would not pair, and the app still asked for the old pairing number.
    Paired the new BT506 and still the app asked for the old number.

    I'm sure I' just missing something simple but I can't figure it out.

    The new BT506 paired fine with my Maxisys Ultra and it had also been pared with the old BT506.

    Hi,obviously the delete was not successful ,ask a phone store how come and what to
    do maybe they can solve this problem for you.
