     I have one of the Autel products its a MaxiSys MS909
    And I work a lot on Jeep vehicles, I now have two Jeep Wranglers JL.
    The first is a 2019 model and I can log in to the gateway normally and read and clear codes.
    The second is a 2022 model and every time the Autel MS909 failed log in to the gateway and it only reads codes and does not clear them
    And it always gives me this note: "Security gateway unlock failed. Too many attemps have been made, please wait for two hours and try again

    Hi, do you also use the 12+8 cable ,sometimes this is also needed on Chrysler/jeep
    models + autoauth to get access to the vehicle.

     I have an autoauth account and i only have the main cable that came with the autel device.

    Hi, try to get the 12+8 cable too.that is to bypass the sgw module for Chrysler/fiat/jeep
    products.
