    Vehicle - 2015 Ford F-350 Platinum 6.7 Crew Cab / No Issues runs perfectly. Trying to diag a heated seat problem. 

     Scanner turns on, gets as far as auto select, cannot establish connection. Removed connector, checked pins, connector fully seated, no damaged pins. KOEO. 

    Tryed a different scanner, tuerns on connects to engine and trans modules through obd II no problem. Tried MD 808 again, same response. Cannot esptablish a connection.

    Hi, the other scanner was that also a md808? If yes and the other scanner did connect
    ,your scanner is wrong or defect.
