      What is it doing, or not doing?  Can you please be more specific.

    Remember...

    1. You need to first register your device.
    2. You need to ensure you have a wi-fi connection.
    3. You need to ensure you have Blue Tooth connectivity.
    4. You need to pair the VCI to the tablet via Blue Tooth.

    Unless you have done all those items, your device is not likely to work properly.
