Autel cant erase DTC

My Autel is not able to erase DTC from Honda accord 2023 always stuck by turn car on ? Its up to date ! Any help and advice FYI I restart and same situation

Hi, I am pretty sure that your Honda has SGW(secure gateway) , ask your Honda dealer,
if so you need to buy token at your dealer to get access to the vehicle to bypass the
sgw module, or you must get autoauth on your device. -

something is going on with autel because i cant even communicate with honda or toyota dosent even wnt to read the vin ... i have im508s autel whts going on ??
