fca gateway access problem

I'm a retired auto tech. I purchased your Autel Maxisys MS919 a few years ago #V19GNM1V01011 used it while employed. Since retirement I did not purchase the updates but I have paid my 50.00 AutoAuth registration. My problem is I can not get past the FCA gateway. I don't know if this is an Autel issue or AutoAuth issue. Maybe you can help. Thanks -

Hi, all scanners and not just autels scanners are denying access through sgw unless
scanner is updated and current.
