     maxi pc suite cant find device AutoLink AL549 to update the firmware. Installed new Maxi PC Suite wont connect, uninstalled and reinstalled still wont find device on startup.

    To update al549 please create an autel I'd and register the product with its serial
    number and password you can find this in select/about on the tool screen.

      I'm having the same problem.
    I created an account, but the Maxi PC Suite fails to find the device

    *** Fixed! I was using a USB C cable that didn't have data transfer and was just for charging. I used my PS5 cable as I know it supports data transfer, and Voila!
