I have an Autel MD808 Pro with software V1.09. I opened an Autel account and my Maxi PC Suite is version V1.45. When I take the SD card out from the device and put it into the laptop SD drive it recognizes it,but when I click on the Updates button

     I have an Autel MD808 Pro with software V1.09. 
    I don't have the Throttle function for my Mercedes Benz C240, nor any BENZ car.

    Also I can't update the software to a newer version
    I opened an Autel account and my Maxi PC Suite is version V1.45. 
    When I take the SD card out from the device and put it into the laptop SD drive it recognizes it, but when I click on the Updates button it only shows empty screen underneath and again "Please Log in" (though the login was okay before that). Also, if I try to view with clicking on "Installed" - nothing shows. 
    Anyone can help?
