     Hello guys.
    Anyone faced the problem, when FCA group SGW online unlock function is paid (225USD), subscription active, but Autel Maxisys Elite II Pro gives an error: UNLOCK FAILED. ARE YOU SURE TO RETRY?

    Restarting Autel doesn't help. Support didn't answer anything.

      Absolutely. It's one of the latest Autel scanners of professional level. Otherwise Autel wouldn't ask to purchase the FCA SGW unlock function (225USD/ year).

    Hi, is it possible that you also have to use the Chrysler 12+8 cable to get access to this
