I am unable to access my Autel cloud.  Once I am logged into my autel account, I click on Autel Cloud, but I am not logged in, it has a 'Sign in' button in the top right corner, however, when I click that button it takes me back to 'My account' section on the pro.autel.com website. Why is this happening?  Can you anyone help please?
