I purchased a Nano+ 4/11/24. At the time I registered it and purchased the 2 yr Autel Care. Now the Nano+ is not showing in my devices (only my older drones are). How can this be resolved.

I purchased a Nano+ 4/11/24. At the time I registered it and purchased the 2 yr Autel Care. Now the Nano+ is not showing in my devices (only my older drones are). How can this be resolved? Why is there no category for for Autel Support in the Autel Support Communities?
