     Good day, I have an autel MD808pro. I am having trouble connecting to Fiat Palio Mercosur cars, it does not allow communication with some and with others (Fiat Toro Diesel) it connects, reads faults but does not allow them to be erased, nor does it allow me to reset the oil service.

    The scanner is updated. Is there any Mercosur software to install?

    Hi, you need the fiat 12+8 cable to bypass the sgw module or you must get a FCA
    license on yearly bases so you can read and reset fiat vehicles.
