     I tried to force regen a 2014 Audi Q5 TDi, followed all the MX808 prompts with the most current maintenance software, but could not complete the force regen procedure. The vehicle is located in the USA. 
    VIN - WA1CMAFP3EA107566.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi, if no success try the VCRS specially for vag cars.
