     Hello 
    I have a MaxiIM 608 PRO device and I have such a problem. on BMW F-series where Ethernet connection is needed the device connects to the car once in 15-20 attempts, there are cases when it does not connect to the car at all. I tried the third  "USB to Ethernet" adapter but the result is the same. in the device Ethernet menu i see that the device "sees" the "USB to Ethernet" adapter but does not connect to the car with the adapter. I checked the internet cable, also checked the " BMW F-series Autel Ethernet cable" (Red), none them are damaged. this problem started recently. before this device connected to the car without any problem. now it does not connect even with The "USB to Ethernet" adapter that connect without problems before. 
    Do you know what this problem is caused by? Can you give me some direction to fix this problem?
