Using a ms 909 . Unable to carry out a proxy alignment on a 2020 Fiat ducato 2.3 multi jet any assistance would be

Hi, yes it can be done, access menu, select proxy alignment function, initiate
procedure,follow instructions, confirm status, select continue,, complete process,you
must turn off ignition key and than back to to finalise the procedure.

Hi have tried this but comes up with a termination notice- node 63 and goes no further. The vehicle does have an aftermarket radio installed, does the original radio need to be present to allow the proxy alignment to be completed

Hi, is that radio still available,? And is sgw also on this vehicle, if so you also need the
12+8 cable to bypass the sgw.

We have the radio

It’s a 2020 vehicle so don’t think the gateway is restricted like newer vehicles, how can I tell if the gateway is blocked?

Hi, your device told you allready ,there is sgw on this vehicle and your device has not
the capability to bypass that, do you have a FCA prescription on it?.
