908P unable to communicate with mini r53 since update

Hi has anyone else had problems with talking to mini cooper s r53's and r52's engine control unitssince the las update, it happened before a couple of years ago but got fixed in another update.......the only way I can get into engine control is via eobd NY help greatly appreciated -

Yeps, but autel won't talk to engine control units on these cars.......we look after quite a
few r50's to 53's and this communication issue has only happened since the last BMW
update.......... Is it possible to roll back an update to a previous version?

Did you manage to get this resolved? I don't see a lot of problems being answered in here by Autel which is worrying -

Hi, how old is your car exactly, on younger minis there could be sgw factory installed
than you need to have FCA prescription to get access to the cars ecm. -

Hi, no you can not delete a new update ,try to find a scanner that has not been updated
yet so you know that this works and do not ever update it.
