Cant reset oil change service interval on 2025 Q5

    2025 Audi Q5 couldn't reset oil change service interval. It keeps asking the Authenticate code even after I enter the correct code and unlocked the system. Just couldn't reset it. Does someone also encounter the same problem?

      we are having the same issue .  VAG locked all service functions .

    I called Autel support, they said 2025 Q5 is too new to them.

    Hi, this is all due to sgw (secured gateway) most car manufactures placed into the cars
    ,you either by FCA prescription and sometimes new device or go to the dealer.
