     Hi

    I own an Autel AP200, I bought it to diagnose my 2011 Chevrolet Agile.
    Before buying it, I made sure it was listed as compatible in GM Brazil set. 

    But when I connect it to my car, it doesn't read the VIN number nor decodes it when I manually input it.

    I can manually select 2011 Chevrolet Agile, but it doesn't communicate with the engine module. I have the GM Brazil v2.01 and the latest Autel AP200 app installed in my Android phone.

    What am I missing? Other Autel scanners can detect the car automatically under the GM Brazil set. My mechanic can read my car, so it's not an ECU issue.

    Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Hi, your ap200 should have to work with eobd, vin decoding maybe not for 2011. ,when
    possible try another ap200.
