How to manually enter a new OEM (Toyota) TPMS onto a 2017 Avalon ECU

     I can't seem to get to the menu item of "manually input new sensor ID via the
     keypad. 
    MaxiTPMS TS508WF
    2017 Avalon
    Toyota OEM sensor.
    My scanner can read the new sensor, but I can't get ECU to allow me to manually relearn the new sensor.

    Hi, just mount the new sensor ,bring the right pressure in your tires and just drive your
    vehicle it will learn the new sensor after a while by itself.

    Press reset button under the steering wheel until light blinks three times,than release
    button and start driving.
