      Hi.

My auxillary heater (extra engine heater) stopped working due to a faulty glow plug and heater got locked.
Glow plug is now replaced and I've managed to unlock the heater with the MK808BT Pro. After unlocking I get the code "B201000 Basic settings" and it won't go away and the heater won't start.
When trying to unlock the heater I did not know what was the correct approach so I tried different things and resetting the ecu was one of them. This was_ before_ I was able to unlock the heater and in other menus I did not get access to all the functions due to the heater being locked but the reset seemed to be completed.
I did go a different route to unlock the heater and afterwards I can still read softwareinfo and such from the ecu.

Any solutions to this via the MK808?
    Ecu software update necassery?

     SOLVED.

Drove the car back home and did a new attempt to erase the code the next day. Code went away and everything is working just fine.
Might just be that I was in an enviroment that was outside the limits of a heater start up - outside temperature to high or something.
