    Why can I not erase codes on my 2020 Dodge Durango after fresh battery install? Replaced both batteries

    Hi, this could be because your car is eguipped with sgw(secured gateway) .you need to
    use the12+8 cable and or FCA prescription and device that can work with that.

     Hi There,
    just read your reply to a post and you say for FCA SGW you need a 12+8 cable and or FCA prescription.
    I have the 12+8 Cable would I need the subscription for my 2018 Ram 2500?

    Hi, try it find the sgw module in your car and connect the12+8 cable to bypass the
    module ,maybe it could just work for 2018 model.
