I got this Maxidiag Elite 802. As i connect it to a vehicle, one error message shows up saying

     I got this Maxidiag Elite 802. As i connect it to a vehicle, one error message shows up saying "No secreted chip or Software unauthoried" i would like to know what's wrong with it. and what to do to start using it again.

    Hello,
    You need to format your SD card, then use PC suite (software update)
    to reinstall all software, it will correct the problem.
