You can but you will need a code or you can try this jump pin4 and 13 on the
diagnostic connector dlc 16 pin for 30 minutes key off connect jumper key on for 30
minutes key off remove jumper start vehicle this will work on most toyota and scion
and some lexus there are some toyota and lexus models from 1998 till about 2002
that this procedure will not work when all keys are lost computer raplacement is
needed and 3 keys have to be register unless you have the tool to virginize the the
eprom on the ecu also another thing to keep in mind if replacing the ecu ecm with a
new one from the dealer it comes in learning mode which it basicly means it will learn
all keys automaticly hope I helped in some way
