May I have the S/N of your scanner? With S/N, we can check if it's genuine.

Besides, update server is OK, please try to update it again with stable network connection.

How do we create a system back up for this unit? no one seems to know for sure and few including myself have had any luck. can you please spell it out for us so to speak? i am looking for a way to crate a sd card back up that can re-boot my unit in case of file corruption  as is the case with my older unit that is now bricked. i dont want that happening again.

I have the same problem with my maxisys mini. I go to Root Explore, but I got a
notification which say's, 'Sorry, test failed . This feature cannot run on your device'.
    Any comment on this?

Hi I have a maxisys elite sn#V09R71207210 and it has the same problem, however
when I try to go to Root Explorer I get error msg:"test failed, sorry you can't run this on
your machine" . When I connect to a PC there is no mnt directory and when I go in the
"scan" folder there is no" menu " folder, also there is no " sdcard" folder and I didn't
want to delete just any init.XML file because of another guys post that said he had a
problem when he deleted the wrong file.

Guys my advice to all Autel Tool users is even if Autel Tech Support or, any other member here on forum asks to delete any files or, to try any options to fix your problems you SHOULD always backup all your files before trying to do any of those options to be on safe side.......
