     good day 

    i cant use my online for the Gm make 
    when i start the service program and write the vin number and chose the replace and reprogram
    receive the message  
    vin is currently not supported we will update the program to the sever in 24 hour's please wait ......


    i tried to reenter to the service online after 1 hour's , 2 hour's,3 hour's,.........................,24 hour's,.........48 hour's, etc.with te same vin i'll recived the same message 
    i tried the service program to many cars and i recived the same message all my work w'll stopped 

    can you answer me

     it seems to me  not all vins are available yet for all regions
