I am getting restart programming device on sps. Connected j2534 to pc with usb cable but I noticed usb light does not illuminate on j2534. After selecting j2534 maxiflash bluetooth on device selection screen and reprogram ecu I can get to following screen but that is when message pops up. What am I missing? -

The USB is normal the LED is OFF. It turns on only when it's communicating with the ECU. -

I can understand that but what could be the problem with "restart programming device" message? -

Hello. you have to choose maxi-flash pro not the maxi-flash bluetooth, that is the reason why its not communicating. if you only see the option maxi flash blue tooth then the driver software was not installed correctly or your firewall may me blocking it, check your windows firewall to allow it. good luck. -

Thanks ede65. I uninstalled all software I had already loaded from web and disc and reinstalled from disc. At that point maxi-flash pro showed up and proceeded with sps procedures to unlock used 06 Silverado radio. -
