support every since the released of the VCI latest flash software, there are few communication issues, off line as well as on line. a few of them has been brought to my attention lately. could you have your engineers take a look at whats going on, and can they release a VCI flash update even to those Expired. thanks.

 yes, you were not dreaming, i am leaving but not just yet. in a few days lol. I did not see it with my own eyes but this is what they(a few members) said. after they took the latest vci update they have noticed a communication issue on and off, whether on line or off line. this could very well be a bad vci, maxiflash-pro in this case, but this happens while trying to flash on line or using third party software, not with the masiSys unit it self. could be coincidence but not debating it, just want to know if they can take a look at it and or maybe they can release an update to try to fix this bad vci. thanks buddy.
