autel maxiflash pro j2534 programmer not reading the vehicle

     programmer is not connecting to any vehicle. is there a hard reset for the programmer?

     Hi, you use the J2534 with Maxisys?  what's the firmware version of it? If it's not communicating with any vehicle, it might be hardware issue.

    yes, i am using the j2534 with the Maxisys. the firmware version is v3.13.0. it is not communicating with any vehicle.

     Have you try by bluetooth and USB?
