     Happened as of recently.  When I plug it up to an OBD2 port all the lights on it come on and stay on and it will no longer connect. I was thinking of maybe reinstalling the software may help?

     Please be noticed that the only light that came on, normally is the power. Usb came on when you are connect with the software.
